From your plan to the first session
Talk to your support coordinator
Ask them to add occupational therapy to the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and to list Priority Group Services NJ as the provider. You can also send us a referral and, with your permission, we contact the coordinator.

We learn about the person, their goals and the times that work, and we confirm what the plan authorizes.

We deliver the service as written in the plan and keep the support coordinator updated.
