My name is Samaija, though many of my clients know me as "Maij." I have worked in the I/DD field since 2019 in several roles, including Direct Support Professional, Group Home Manager, and currently Support Coordinator Supervisor. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bloomfield College and am currently pursuing my Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a concentration in Autism Intervention. I am passionate about providing client-centered support that prioritizes dignity, empowerment, and quality of life.
Joseph Olatunji Jr. is a Newark native who recently earned his Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in May 2026. He brings hands-on clinical experience from his MSW internship at RWJ University Hospital's Pediatric Palliative Care Unit, where he provided direct support to families navigating the care of medically complex children, coordinated discharge planning, and advocated for patients across all levels of care.
Yehshen Henry holds a BA in Psychology and is a Registered Behavior Technician with 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. Her experience spans group homes, supervised apartments, and day programs.

My name is Yazmin Trinidad. I was born in Puerto Rico to Dominican parents and am the proud mother of three. In addition to my professional experience as a Support Coordinator, I bring a personal connection to this field — growing up with my sister, who has autism and an intellectual disability, inspired my passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
