From your plan to the first session
Talk to your support coordinator
Ask them to add interpreter services to the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and to list Priority Group Services NJ as the provider. You can also send us a referral and, with your permission, we contact the coordinator.
We meet you
We learn about the person, their goals and the times that work, and we confirm what the plan authorizes.
Services begin
We deliver the service as written in the plan and keep the support coordinator updated.
