Ellen Mae Libaton is the Program Director’s Executive Assistant. As a strategic partner to the Program Director, She coordinates the operational and administrative functions of the NJ DDD Priority Groups project to ensure the seamless delivery of disability services. She serves as a primary liaison between state stakeholders and service providers, managing high-priority deliverables and navigating complex regulatory landscapes to support the program’s mission of empowering New Jersey’s developmental disability community.
