Kiyana Grayer, MBA, MHA, is a mission-driven healthcare and human services executive with over a decade of progressive leadership experience across developmental disabilities, residential services, support coordination, Medicaid-funded programs, human resources, compliance, and quality assurance. She has held senior and executive roles overseeing complex, highly regulated organizations, with deep expertise in New Jersey DDD systems, Medicaid waivers, person-centered service planning, HUD and affordable housing programs, workforce strategy, and regulatory compliance. Kiyana has partnered closely with Boards of Directors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to align organizational operations with mission, fiscal responsibility, and long-term sustainability.
In addition to her executive leadership, Kiyana maintains active experience in support coordination, delivering person-centered services through ISP development, NJCAT assessments, service authorizations, and ongoing monitoring to ensure quality, choice, and dignity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Known for building accountable leadership teams and strengthening compliance infrastructures, she brings a comprehensive, systems-level perspective that bridges direct service coordination with executive leadership. Outside of work, Kiyana enjoys reading, doom scrolling, and learning about everything. A fun fact: she is the proud mother of two daughters who are six years apart; both of their names are five letters long, start with the letter “A,” and their birthdays are perfectly mirrored—January 5 and May 1
