Priority Group Services NJ is an approved supplier to public-sector and institutional buyers across New Jersey. We hold current supply contracts and fulfil purchase orders today — medical and nursing supplies, janitorial and sanitation products, office and administrative supplies, personal protective equipment, athletic and recreation equipment, and the everyday consumables a building runs on.
Six categories cover most of what our buyers order. Much of it is sourced against a specific requirement rather than sold from a shelf.
Examination and treatment consumables, wound care, gloves and barrier products, diagnostic and monitoring accessories, incontinence and personal care supplies, first-aid and emergency stock.
Gloves, masks and respirators, gowns, eye protection, and the disposables that go with them.
Cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, paper and hygiene products, floor and surface care, waste handling, and the equipment housekeeping and environmental-services teams run through.
General office supplies, paper and print consumables, filing and records storage, breakroom and facility stock.
Sports and training equipment, team and programme supplies, and athletic training and treatment consumables.
Safety supplies, signage, maintenance items and the general stock a site reorders month after month.
A purchase order, a requisition, a list, or a conversation about what you reorder every month. If you are still scoping, a phone call is enough to start.
Item, size, colour, quantity and unit. If anything is ambiguous we call your purchasing office and ask rather than assume — getting the unit wrong is the most common way a supply order goes bad.
Under an existing awarded contract, the price is the contracted price — no surprises, no post-award increases. For a new requirement, you get a written quote.
To the site, not the head office, if that is what the order says. A packing slip carrying your purchase order number travels with every shipment.
Your purchase order number on the invoice, the right documentation back to your accounts department, and payment by the method your organisation uses.
An order isn't finished when it ships. It's finished when your site confirms they have what they ordered.
Government agencies at county and municipal level, schools and educational institutions, healthcare and long-term care facilities, human-services and community organisations, and private employers running facilities of their own.
We are an awarded vendor on competitively bid public supply contracts, so the buyers we serve can order from us at pricing that has already been through a formal procurement and been accepted. If your organisation is bound by public purchasing rules, that is usually the part that matters most.
We do not publish the names of the organisations we supply. If you need references as part of a formal procurement, ask and we will provide them through that process.
For buyers ordering regularly under an awarded contract, we can set up an online ordering catalogue carrying your contracted items at your contracted prices. Authorised staff at each site select what they need and submit; the order reaches our team immediately and is logged the same day.
It removes the back-and-forth of emailed lists, it means an individual site cannot order something outside the contract by mistake, and it gives the purchasing office a clean record of what was ordered by whom. Ask us about it on the first call.
Registration, certifications, insurance certificates and the standard New Jersey bid forms. Onboarding a new vendor is usually the slow part — it isn't slow with us.
Many of the buyers we supply also use us for staffing — nurses, aides, custodial, clerical. One vendor record, one contact, one set of paperwork.
Every order is logged the day it arrives with a named person responsible for moving it. If something will be late, you hear it from us first.
You get a named contact and a phone number that a human picks up.
Units, sizes and quantities checked against your order every time — no guesswork on the receiving dock.
