We do not receive personally identifiable information from social platforms unless you choose to contact us directly through those channels.

4. Sensitive Health and Disability Information

Some pages allow you to share information about disability support needs, medical history, or care preferences. This information is used solely to route your inquiry to our NJ DDD/DSP care coordination team and is handled with heightened care consistent with applicable NJ law.

Once you become a client of PGSNJ, your protected health and disability information is managed in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements and NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations, and our Notice of Privacy Practices provided at enrollment.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated, anonymized data about visitor behavior. GA4 uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We do not use this data to personally identify visitors.

You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.

6. How We Share Your Information

• Affiliated entities: With Priority Groups LLC (NY) and related entities for service coordination;
• Operational vendors: With service providers (email delivery, CRM, analytics) under appropriate data agreements;

We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by NJ state law and program regulations. Lead inquiry data is typically retained for a minimum of 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. All form submissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations);
